 About “Your message to graduating SH students 2022” video campaign

 

Make a short video for Stipendium Hungaricum Scholarship holders graduating this year and send your message to them! Celebrate with them by reminding them of all their accomplishments that they have achieved.

Who can participate?

The campaign is open to all non-graduate Stipendium Hungaricum students, Stipendium Hungaricum alumni, and to all International Alumni Volunteers. (Participants must be over 18-years-old.)

Practicalities

If you are in, please upload your video to wetransfer.com and send your name and the link of the video to the contact person of Tempus Public Foundation. The video should not be longer than 30 seconds. Your video must be in MP4 format with a maximum of 1080px. The size of the video cannot be more than 10 GB. One person can submit one video.

Please be sure to pay attention to such technical details as the following:

 

Light	Background
Natural light is the best! Daytime is preferable. Find a window or soft light source and record with the light coming from in front of you.	Keep it simple! Try to avoid virtual or chaotic backgrounds. Find a quiet place with no background noise. Try to make sure there are no echoes or background distractions while recording.
Eyes	Position
Look directly into the camera. Try not to look at yourself while you’re speaking and keep the camera at eye level.	You can sit or stand, as long as you are comfortable! Try to keep a slight distance from the camera. We recommend staying around one arm’s length away from the camera.

Schedule

The campaign period starts on 30 May and ends on 15 June, 2022. On 30 May, Tempus Public Foundation (the “Organizer”) shares the official article of the “Your message for graduating SH students 2022” campaign on stipendiumhungaricum.hu, notifies non-graduate Stipendium Hungaricum students, Stipendium Hungaricum alumni by email and publishes the opportunity in the official Facebook group of International Alumni Volunteers.

The deadline for sending your messages is 15 June, 10:00 AM (CET). If you want to participate, please upload your video to wetransfer.com, and send your link to the contact person of the Organizer. Only those videos participate in the campaign that meet the conditions in the “Practicalities” section.

If a video you submit is found to be disruptive or offensive, the Organizer can exclude the participant of the campaign.

After sending in your videos, the Organizer shares the videos on the official Facebook page of Study in Hungary.

After posting the call for application (current document), those who intend to participate in the campaign shall contact the contact person of Tempus Public Foundation via email.

By sharing your video with the Organizer, You declare that You intend to participate in the “Your message to graduating Stipendium Hungaricum students” video promotion campaign (organized by Tempus Public Foundation) and You accept the following Terms and Conditions in full.

 Warranties and indemnification

 

By participating to the call, participants represent and warrant that the video uploaded by them do not contain any material, which is in breach of the rights, pleas and claims of third parties whether financial or personal.

The Participant acknowledges that all responsibility for the personal and copyright violations caused  by the preparation or public presentation of the Works is borne by the Participant, including the financial liability for the violation. In case of a clear violation, the Organizer may exclude the Applicant or his / her particular work from the competition.

In case of legal claims that have been established by third parties as justified, the Organizer will transfer them to the Participant. The Organizer does not provide technical support for the Participant.

Management of exploitation rights

Participant grants a free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive and transferable license to use, reproduce, amend, adapt and alter (including but not limited to translate and dubbing), publish, distribute, publicly execute and communicate, broadcast and view the uploaded video (wholly or  partially) on the websites and other forums of the Stipendium Hungaricum scholarship including the Study in Hungary Facebook page and Study in Hungary Youtube channel.

The personality rights of the persons who may be involved in the video should be taken into account. The Participant must also have the consent of the persons who are well recognizable in the video to use the video.

Exclusions

 Videos which the Organizer at their sole and unquestionable discretion, shall deem to be unsuitable for publication may be excluded. The Organizer reserves the right to exclude works which contain material which is in breach of third party rights (breach of industrial/intellectual property rights),  could be considered discriminatory based on race, and/or religion and/or nationality; is violent, pornographic or of a sexual nature; is defamatory; incites hatred; contains reference to alcohol, drugs or illegal substances; is contrary to law or contains reference to ill-treatment of animals.

Organizer of the campaign

Tempus Public Foundation is the Organizer of “Your message to graduating Stipendium Hungaricum students 2022” video campaign.

 The promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook. Study in Hungary Facebook page does not share or forward personal data to Facebook.

PRIVACY NOTICE AND INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
