What Is the Student Report?

The Student Report is a mandatory annual questionnaire for all Stipendium Hungaricum scholarship holders. It covers key aspects of your study experience — from academic support to living conditions — and provides valuable insights that help us strengthen the programme.

This requirement is set out in the Operational Regulations of the Stipendium Hungaricum Programme, and completing it is essential for maintaining your scholarship status.

• Your scholarship depends on it: Missing the deadline or failing to submit the report may lead to the suspension or termination of your scholarship.
• Your feedback drives improvement: Your honest input helps us refine the programme for you and for future scholarship holders.

How to Complete the Report

• Check your inbox (and spam folder) for an email containing the keywords “Student Report”.
• Use the unique link provided in the email to access the questionnaire.
• Complete the entire survey — partial submissions cannot be accepted.
