The Students at Risk Subprogramme is an addition to the Stipendium Hungaricum Scholarship Programme and is supervised by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade and managed by the Tempus Public Foundation. The Call for Applications is for Ukrainian citizens who wish to undertake higher education studies in Hungary. The opportunity is open also for those who already pursued higher education studies before and those who only have a secondary school graduation certificate (and who will have obtained a secondary school graduation certificate by the time of the enrolment). Supported applicant will have the opportunity to start or continue their studies at a bachelor’s, master’s or doctoral degree in Hungary.
Within the Students at Risk Programme a type of off-site training will be introduced, where Ukrainian scholarship holders of the Students at Risk Programme can study for one year at the Ferenc Rákóczi II Transcarpathian Hungarian College of Higher Education in Berehove (UA). Such off-site training will be available from the next application period.
