- Are a Stipendium Hungaricum scholarship holder.
- Are in the final year of your doctoral studies.
- Plan to obtain your absolution the spring semester of 2024/2025.
- Need extra support to complete your PhD dissertation.

So what are the required documents?
To apply, you need to submit:
- Completed application form
- Letter of justification signed by your supervisor and the head of the doctoral school
- Class-plan
- Detailed work plan for completing your dissertation
- Motivation letter explaining why you need this support
- Certificate of absolutorium
IMPORTANT NOTE
The duration of the Stipendium Hungaricum Dissertation Scholarship starts in the month following the last month of the semester in which the doctoral student obtains their absolutorium and lasts for the number of awarded months, but no later than the calendar month of the public defense of the thesis. The maximum duration of the SH dissertation scholarship is 8 months.
