In accordance with the effective legal regulations, pursuant to Section 54 (8) of Act XC of 2023 on the General Rules for the Entry and Residence of Third-Country Nationals, third-country nationals holding a residence permit for the purpose of studies or student mobility, or a student mobility certificate, may engage in work for not more than 30 hours a week during the teaching period, and may work full time for a maximum of ninety days a year outside the teaching period.
